Car Servicing, Repairs & MOT at NMJ Service Centre in Milton Keynes

After tirelessly calling authorised FIAT dealers to book my work van (in warranty) in for many weeks with an AdBlue consumption fault and getting low on the AdBlue mileage countdown, I contacted NMJ Service Centre.

They could book me an appointment in a weeks time to take a look and advised on the phone that if it was a mechanical issue they should be able to sort it that day but, if it was a software issue, I would still need to get it to a FIAT dealer.

I kept the dealer booking I had made for several weeks time just in case.

I dropped the vehicle off and was booked in to the NMJ reception in the morning. They called me around lunchtime to explain the vehicle was available to collect, what they had diagnosed, what they had done to enable me to be on the road, and advised that the dealer needs to do the software update to completely solve the problem.

NMJ were excellent. So much more helpful than the dealers I had spoken to and FIAT customer service.

Thank you so much. I am now able to get to work and drive the van until I can get it to the scheduled dealer appointment for the software update.
